Terra Panonica, the "property on the flat hill" in Mokrin, is a unique example of a combination of traditional and modern functional concepts in architecture and design. The complex consists of five unified Vojvodina courtyard buildings and is the materialised vision of the socially engaged investor Branimir Brkljača and of a group of young architects working together under the name Authors. The property on the flat hill is a distinctive creative and inspiring oasis where artists, scholars, innovators and educators meet and share ideas and knowledge, and where a new view is developed of the possible forms of encounter between village and town, through local and global communities.
